Common questions.
Standard projects use a two-payment structure: 50% upfront at project start, 50% before final handoff. Larger builds use three payments: 50% upfront, 25% at approved design direction, 25% before launch. No ambiguous billing, no scope creep without a paper trail.
Starter sites usually take 1–2 weeks. Custom business sites run 2–3 weeks. Advanced product or dashboard builds take 3–5 weeks depending on integration depth. Rush timelines are available as an add-on.
Design, development, responsive build, deployment, domain/DNS setup, and launch-week support. The quote is fixed — no hourly surprises. Everything you need to go from conversation to live site.
You do. After final payment, you own the full source code and all assets. No licensing restrictions, no lock-in. You can host it wherever you want and modify it however you need.
Most sites are deployed on dedicated cloud servers with SSL, monitoring, and automatic restarts included. Setup is part of the project fee. If you need managed hosting or a monthly retainer for ongoing updates, that's available as an add-on.
Yes — revisions during the build are part of the process, not extra charges. The fixed fee covers the work from start to launch, including design adjustments as we go. What it doesn't cover is re-scoping the project mid-build.
Every project in the portfolio is live with real links. No mockups, no concept art. You can visit any of them right now and see exactly the level of finish you'd be getting.
Ongoing edits and upkeep are available as a monthly retainer ($250–$1,000/mo depending on scope). For one-off updates, reach out and we can quote it separately.
