Terms of Service

Effective date: April 13, 2026

These terms govern the relationship between you (“Client”) and ImagineQira LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a web design and development studio operated by Bryan Leonard in Phoenix, Arizona.

1. Services

We provide custom web design and development services. Each project's scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided before work begins. We do not use templates or page builders.

2. Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before final handoff of deliverables. Specific payment terms are outlined in each project proposal.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Code Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment in full, all custom code, designs, and assets created for the project are transferred to the Client. You own the work product outright.

Until final payment is received, ImagineQira LLC retains all rights to the work product. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock assets, plugins) remain subject to their respective terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client deliverables may affect the project timeline and are not grounds for refund of the deposit.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at an hourly rate communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

ImagineQira LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. The deposit is non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
